1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentNumber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

RentNumber provides temporary access to real mobile phone numbers via physical SIM cards installed in Android devices for the purpose of receiving SMS messages and one-time passwords (OTPs). The Service operates on a rental basis with predefined time-limited plans.

3. No Warranty of Availability or Functionality

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• That any specific SMS message or OTP will be successfully received
• That a particular number will remain active for the full duration of the rental period
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at all times
• That any third-party platform, service, or application will accept or deliver messages to the provided number

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentNumber, its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Failure to receive any SMS message, OTP, or verification code
• Loss of access to any account, platform, or service that required the provided number
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
• Any action or inaction by third-party services that block, filter, or reject messages sent to the rented number

You acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to account lockouts, failed verifications, or loss of access to third-party platforms.

5. No Responsibility for Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or technical limitations of any third-party service, platform, or application that may reject, delay, filter, or block SMS messages sent to the numbers we provide. This includes but is not limited to social media platforms, financial services, email providers, and verification systems. Each third-party service maintains its own terms and policies regarding the use of temporary or rental numbers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity
• Creating accounts for the purpose of spamming, harassment, or abuse
• Bypassing security measures of any service in violation of that service’s terms
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to terminate any rental session immediately and without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the Service is being used in violation of these terms.

7. Data Retention and Privacy

All data associated with a rental session—including the phone number, SMS messages, session links, and metadata—is automatically and permanently deleted upon expiration of the rental period. We do not retain, store, or back up any session data beyond the active rental period. We do not collect personal information, require registration, or perform identity verification (KYC). Payment is processed exclusively through cryptocurrency transactions, which we do not link to session data.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Service, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:

• Unused rental time
• Failure to receive specific SMS messages or OTPs
• Rejection of the number by third-party services
• Early termination of a session by the user

If the Service is completely non-functional from the start of the rental period due to a technical failure on our end, contact support via Telegram for a case-by-case review.

9. No Legal Advice or Endorsement

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not endorse or guarantee the suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RentNumber, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international principles, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a jurisdiction to be determined at our discretion.
